Destini has been providing real estate closing services throughout Florida since 2000. She first began handling government and residential closings, then moved onto commercial real estate closings and HOA development. Soon thereafter, she found her true niche in the residential real estate, and in 2007 she became a Florida Registered Paralegal for a large local law firm, where she focused on luxury properties and custom residential construction. Using her vast experience and education, she has confidently crafted strategies and processes to navigate the unpredictable and works closely with her clients to understand their priorities. With compassion, respect, trustworthiness, and integrity, Destini nurtures long-lasting client relationships. She and her team are always ready to “go the extra mile” for their clients, to guaranty their closing is a positive and memorable experience.
Destini and her team have worked with a diverse group of individuals, realtors, lenders and land developers over the years, and know that each requires different levels of attention and service. While she handles every-day real estate closings, Destini specializes in sophisticated transactions and is experienced in the complexity involved.
Destini is a lifelong resident of Central Florida, residing in the Bear Lake area. She volunteers her time acting as the Vice President of the Bear Lake Clubhouse, where they help to protect and conserve Bear Lake. Many of her evenings and weekends are spent at the lake where she enjoys beach volleyball, boating, fishing and quality time with family and friends.
